To become a partner of this event and promote your expertise, know-how and the quality of your products and services, PARIS HOTel&SPA provides you with several marketing and communication tools:

- Insertion of a promotional document, a magazine or a product sample in the delegate kit handed to every participant to the event. Limited to 1 insertion per partner, maximum size: "A4" and maximum weight 400g per item, for a maximum of 10 insertions.
(€ 550 excluding VAT/insert item)

- Table display of equipment and products, exhibition space from 1 to 3 m². Limited to 8 exhibitors, with exemption of the registration fees for the person in charge of the display in the name of the exhibitor.
(€ 700 excluding VAT/m²)

- Participation at the round-table from the speakers' side with the leaders of the hotel business and spa business. Limited to 6 participants exempted from the registration fees, competitors excluded, selected according to the participation requests' order of arrival.
(€ 900 excluding VAT/person)

Complimentary:

For all the partners: presence of their logo on the partners page of the

PARIS HOTel&SPA website along with the full contact details, the name of a contact and a link to the partner website and an e-mail box.
For delegates and partners: within one to two weeks after the event, sending of summary of the interventions.
For the partners: the list of attendees and their contact details will be made available th them after the event.
For partners of the round-table: 1 free admission to the event besides theirs.
